Chase M. Lee

Chase Lee joined Pinsly Railroad Company in November 2024 as General Manager of Hondo Railway and Pinsly Logistics Services.
Chase’s career with the Hondo Railway Complex – which includes Hondo Railway, Hondo Bulk Commodities, South Texas Liquid Terminal, South Texas Ethanol Terminal, and Rail Transloading Resources One – began in 2018. Since then, he has gained extensive experience working across all four transloading facilities as well as on the railroad itself.
After earning his degree in Agribusiness from Texas Tech University in May 2022, Chase returned to the Hondo Railway Complex as Director of Sales and Marketing. In that role, he managed customer invoicing, bill reconciliation, and day-to-day financial operations.
Chase’s deep familiarity with the Hondo Railway Complex stems from a lifelong involvement in its operations, giving him hands-on expertise in every aspect of transloading and rail logistics. Notably, he played a key role in the development and successful launch of the flour transload facility in 2022.
In his current position, Chase oversees all operations at Hondo Railway and Pinsly Logistics Services, ensuring that employee needs are met and customer expectations are exceeded. He remains closely involved in daily site activities, actively managing everything from on-the-ground logistics to client relationships.
Chase lives in Hondo, Texas, with his wife, Caroline.
